Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All plans include a 12-day free trial. You will not be charged during this period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends with no obligation.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Requests made within 7 days of first charge are eligible for a full refund
• Refunds are not available for partial billing periods after 7 days
• Enterprise plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at billing@polyglot-executive.com with your account email and reason. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
