2. Description of Service

Polyglot Executive provides an AI-powered real-time communication layer for global executives, enabling multilingual conversations without interpreters. The service is available via subscription plans.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• A 12-day free trial is offered — no charge until the trial ends
• You may cancel at any time before the trial expires
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI models
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on this platform is the exclusive property of Polyglot Executive. No part may be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Polyglot Executive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 30 days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
